Thanksgiving 2007

This year for Thanksgiving, I decided to try a new way of cooking the turkey. After reading a few articles online, I got ready to grill/smoke it using our big grill (the grill's first use since we've lived here by the way!). Nothing like a good adventure for the holiday. :)

The end result may look a little (or very) burnt, but I assure you the turkey was moist and flavorful. Everything else was really tasty too! The cranberry sauce, stuffing, and the potatoes were the same as last years feast. [ Turkey Day '06 pics ]
